Job Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or in the process of obtaining licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders
- Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
