Job Summary:
Cardiac Sonographers are responsible for the preparation and performance of cardiovascular ultrasound studies and supporting paperwork. Our echocardiogram team performs TEEs, Stress Echo, Adult Echo, Pediatric Echo, Fetal Echo, Vascular Ultrasound, imaging of LVAD, and imaging support for TAVR, MitraClip, and Watchman procedures.
Position Details:
- Full-time working 72-80 hours every two weeks
- Schedule including: Variable Day shifts
- Weekend and weeknight call rotation
Current Offerings:
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- $5,000 relocation assistance for those who qualify
- In lieu of our employee benefits, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance, this position can earn a flat rate of $60/hour for up to 12 months
Qualifications:
- Post high school training or equivalent knowledge and skills in the area of echocardiography studies required.
- Ability to perform echo procedures is required.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required.
- Must obtain national registry in Adult Echocardiography (through the ARDMS or CCI) within 12 months .

Hiring bonus requirements : Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last nine months.
Relocation assistance requirements : Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
Accelerated rate requirements : Must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible position. By accepting the accelerated rate, you will forego benefits, including paid time off, medical, and dental insurance, retirement and more. This is a temporary rate and position that will last for 12 months or less. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. The accelerated rate can not be combined with other pay programs to include sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance.
CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, Sign-On and Relocation Bonuses may be discontinued at any time due to business needs. Any offer received after 10/14/22 will not be eligible for accelerated temporary rates. .
