What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Specialist position at CentraCare?
The Contract Specialist supports business agreements primarily negotiated by the legal department at CentraCare. This role involves scheduling stakeholder meetings, preparing analyses and documentation, organizing and maintaining contract documents, and monitoring agreements for compliance. Additionally, the position supports the purchased services and supply chain contracting teams by managing contract documents and monitoring agreements for compliance and performance.
Schedule
- Part-time position | 56 hours every two weeks
- Days | Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- This is primarily a Work from Home position with required in office time for training and occasional meetings.
Pay and Benefits
- $22.11 or more per hour, pay determined by experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Business Management or related field.
- Associate's Degree
- 5 years of related experience will be permitted in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
- 1 years Minimum of Supply chain experience.
