This is a full-time position working 64-80 hours every two weeks. 4 to 5 days a week with flexible hours and a flexible schedule between 7:30am and 4:30pm. Some remote work possible.

Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Working 64-80 hours every two weeks
- Flexible hours between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- 4-5 days a week
- No weekends or holidays!
Current Offerings:
- Pay rate based on experience with a minimum rate of $18.57 (LPN); $18.25/hour (CMA); $16.00/hour(NA)
- $2,500 (LPN); $2,000 (CMA); $1500 (NA) sign-on bonus**

Job Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in our Weight Management department your primary focus will be working with both surgical and non-surgical patients helping them learn what weight management has to offer. You will develop long term patient relationships and share joy in their accomplishments and celebrations as they hit milestones throughout their journey. Weight Management is a unique area, there is shared medical appointments and support groups with lots of patient interaction. Qualifications :
- Graduate of an American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or American Medical Technologists (AMT) accredited school
OR
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
OR
Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Training course.
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification within 3 months of exam date
OR
Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in the State of Minnesota required. - Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
**Sign-on bonus requirements : To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
**Relocation assistance requirements : Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
