- Conducting thorough analysis of network performance metrics and implementing capacity planning strategies.
- Designing and deploying resilient network architectures that align with organizational demands and operational goals.
- Proactively monitoring network health to ensure optimal uptime and resource availability.
- Troubleshooting and resolving intricate network challenges to maintain seamless operations.
- Upgrading and configuring network hardware and software to enhance efficiency and security.
- Upholding stringent standards for network integrity, accuracy, and data security.
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks. | On-call after one month.
- Monday – Friday, between 8am - 5pm.
- Position will work remotely but requires on-site work as needed (est. 3 days per week on-site).

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent subject or equivalent work experience in lieu of education.
- 6 years of experience working on Cisco enterprise data networks.
- In-depth knowledge of theories, practices and procedures with a variety of network protocols, software and hardware involved in LAN/WAN, wireless and Firewall network operations.
- One of the following within 2 years of employment: Cisco – CCNA Certification or greater.
- If primary job duties assigned are not specifically related to working on Cisco software and hardware – Cisco CCT, Network certification or certification in area of primary responsibility is acceptable.
- Certified Cisco Specialist preferred.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional preferred.
- Knowledgeable in advance routing, switching configurations.
- Knowledgeable in Firewall configurations and network security tools and practices.
- Knowledgeable with Cisco’s ACI, DNA Center, SD-LAN/WAN, Live-Action, Prime, MSE and ISE.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytic, diagnostic skills, detail- oriented and critical thinking skills.
