What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Assistant | Clearwater Clinic position at CentraCare?
Find your purpose as a Nursing Assistant at the Clearwater Family Medicine Clinic. The Clearwater Clinic sees patients for family medicine, diabetes care, and integrated behavioral health. Our nursing staff is an important piece to the puzzle to serve our patients.
In this role, you will provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers, and assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently. Additional activities that may be assigned include stocking exam rooms, assisting with in-clinic procedures, completing patient paperwork, and prepping patient charts for upcoming visits. You will also be responsible for assisting patient care team in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures and unit standards to provide quality patient care, supporting and implementing patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate, and supporting Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with coworkers.
Schedule:
- Casual 2 shifts per 4 weeks
- Various day shifts as needed Monday-Friday.
- No weekends. No holidays
Pay and Benefits:

Requirements:
- Proof of successful completion of a nursing assistant course or experience as a Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Assistant or Health/Hospice Aide.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
