- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in Windows Support/administration, Powershell and Ansible automation, Tosca Administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to decompose complex problems and perform root cause analyses in troubleshooting customer issues in tosca.
- Understanding of the Agile software development life cycle.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting customer issues in test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca..
- Minimum 2 years' professional experience with tosca.
- Good Customer Support experience, communication, technical communication.
- Minimum 3 years' experience on at least 2 databases ex. - MySQL / MS SQL, Influx DB Database
- Experience in Windows troubleshooting issues.
- Experience on Azure / AWS.
