Principal
Central Catholic High School is seeking a Principal for the 2022-2023 academic year. Applicants must be enthusiastic about the Catholic mission of the school. The principal is responsible for the day-to-day academic operations of the school. They will work to ensure that all curricular programs are aligned with the school's vision and mission and will collaborate with others in the implementation of instructional initiatives that promote the educational development of the students and the professional development of the faculty.
The preferred candidate will have experience in administration, enthusiasm for youth, and the desire to work in a faith-based environment. The principal will report directly to the president. The principal will supervise the assistant principal, athletic director, campus ministry, counselors, special services & teachers.

Required Skills
The candidate desires to serve in a Catholic High School, values the teachings of the Catholic Church, and believes in the mission of Catholic Education. The candidate also meets the following requirements:
- Type 75 Certificate
- Master’s in Educational Administration or related field
- A minimum of five years classroom teaching experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience in aligning academic vision with implementation of curriculum development
- Experience in evaluating instructional programs and teaching effectiveness
