Retail Team Leader

The Retail Team Leader is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and and acquiring clients. This person will work in one of our on-site retail locations. The Team Lead will engage with customers to provide information on products, oversee sales transactions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support. Additionally, the Team Lead will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with customers' devices and services
• Assist customers with activations, installations, and upgrades
• Independently manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized on-site location
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Regularly report to the On-Site Manager on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
• Stay current with products, services, and promotions through ongoing training and education
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Utilize a POS system to process sales transactions
• Oversee a team of 5-7 representatives
• Manager production and expectations to ensure all goals are met

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or equivalent environment
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in simple terms
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in POS systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

* This employee will be working at one of our satellite retail locations in the Belgrade area .*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week

• Belgrade, MT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
