We are seeking an Invoice to Cash Supervisor to work in our Central Service Center located in Boise, ID, This position will play a lead role for Invoice to Cash (ITC) working with the Central Service Center Management team through planning and execution of ITC processes and procedures on an on-going basis with an eye toward continual improvement and cost effective delivery of services.
This position is responsible for supervising Invoice to Cash (ITC) employees and processes. This position will play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements, building/maintaining cross functional relationships, and compliance with Company policy and procedures and SOX controls. Importantly, this leadership position is responsible for the building, training, management, development, and mentoring of a large team.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate ITC team members. Perform all aspects of personnel management for direct reports including recruitment, training, supervising, coaching in addition to any staff assignment changes as deemed necessary.
- Monitor accounts within each AR Specialist’s portfolio to ensure timely collection of past due invoices and accurate deduction resolution while adhering to processes across various business units, including assisting team with difficult accounts and escalations.
- Timely review and releasing of claims to be processed into credit memos.
- Assist in managing the monthly, quarterly and year end close processing for the Accounts Receivable area following the department procedures.
- Conducts performance evaluations; recommends salary adjustments; schedules and approves worked time/overtime/vacation requests/sick time; takes disciplinary action, as necessary, etc.
- Interact with all levels of Central’s management including senior and executive management and various functional areas.
- Develops, interprets, and ensures the consistent application of the organizations’ policies.
- Additional duties as assigned.
IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
Education Requirement and Years of Experience
- High school diploma or GED required. BA/BS Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 2+ years leadership experience in AR with track record of process improvement and efficient delivery of services.
- Demonstrated change management skills.
- Must have worked with large national or regional company servicing varied customers with high volumes in an AR capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a heavily metric driven organization.
- Strong understanding of internal controls including SOX requirements for AR.
Experience Preferred
- Experience in shared service environment.
- Knowledgeable with SAP.
- Consumer Products experience.
