Team Member

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Team Member in our retail partner store. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our products and services while working closely with the team and learning essential customer service and sales skills. Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers in the retail partner store to promote and sell products and services.
• Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales and customer service skills.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
• Keep track of sales data and assist with inventory management.
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to maintain a cohesive and productive team environment.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
• Customer service or retail experience is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and a strong desire to contribute to a team.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,152.00 per week
