Job Summary:
You will support the strategy and planning department programs/initiatives designed to advance health system strategic goals. The function supports the group through data mining, customized analysis, and well synthesized and presented findings. This individual will support to:
Organize market demographic, health care utilization, competitor trend, and system operating and financial data from a variety of sources into accessible databases.
Develop market-level health care demand analyses and estimates and specific utilization analyses and projections.
Develop integrated quantitative models that support strategic and demand projections, financial planning and physician alignment in coordination with the medical group and the finance department
Create and maintain complex, project-level schedules, incorporate detailed delivery dates by multiple disciplines and constituencies.
Conduct other analyses as required, including market and competitive assessments and benchmarking.
Essential Functions:
Establishes deep understanding of the healthcare and competitive environment, gathering market intelligence and using it to drive decision making for growth strategies to help achieve organizational business goals.
Identify market research needs; conduct basic market research, analyze results, and assist with developing recommendations
Analyze datasets, design scorecards, assist with identifying success metrics
Lead stakeholder management and associated communications
Assist with overall project management of new and existing projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Master Degree strongly preferred
Two years of experience in Strategy or Business Development
