Our firm is seeking a qualified Office Manager to join our team and assist in managing the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will listen carefully, ask important questions and will be focused on deadlines and customer service. We're looking for a responsible professional who has a commitment to hard work and has the ability to multitask while still delivering a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employees.
- Manage office space and furniture.
- Manage office budgets and expenditures.
- Communicate with vendors, real estate agents, and other third parties about office operations.
- Handle administrative tasks and perform clerical work.
- Coordinate with outside service providers, such as painters, plumbers, electricians, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
