What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Maintenance position at Central Unit 4?

High School diploma required
Experience in school maintenance work or a relevant trade preferred
Repair, maintenance and installation skills, knowledge and experience in HVAC, refrigeration, industrial/commercial electrical systems and plumbing skills preferred
Must be able to work at heights required for work on roof systems and lift up to 75 lbs.
