Our St. Louis business unit has a team of seasoned consultants that possess deep industry skills and bring an experienced approach to strategy with an eye on the processes and technology that enable organizations to achieve objectives. We’re looking for ­­­­­­­­­­­­­Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

 

 

In this role, you will: 

  • Be a relationship builder. Centric enjoys lasting relationships with our clients, so we are looking for someone who enjoys building meaningful, long-lasting relationships.
  • Be a connector between what your clients need and what our team offers. You’ll get to know our core strengths and service offerings, and look for opportunities to bring those strengths to business across St. Louis. 
  • Be a brand advocate. It’s a big responsibility, and one that we don’t take lightly. St. Louis our home, and making it better is our passion. The relationships we create, the quality of the work that we do, and the integrity that we bring to every situation means everything to us.
  • Be active in our community, finding new and creative ways to continue building your network and find new business opportunities to pursue.
  • Work collaboratively with the Centric St. Louis team, as well as our national teams. The support you’ll feel is second to none.
  • Play a role in ensuring the delivery excellence of the clients you interact with. We want you to build lifelong relationships with clients, and therefore, you have a role throughout project lifecycles to ensure a consistent high-quality experience.
  • Help us grow. We have a great track record with our clients in STL, which makes for a really compelling story to tell. We need your help in telling it.

 

A successful candidate will have the following characteristics: 

  • A passion for building a thriving business. This will require a high level of initiative, self-motivation, and entrepreneurship that helps you generate and grow new account relationships and grow them with our team. 
  • A strong and established network of existing St. Louis-based executive relationships, as well as a demonstrated record of creating and maintaining strong ongoing relationships. We’re looking for a person who has earned the “trusted advisor” status because you know how to build deep, meaningful relationships and are recognized as helping your clients succeed over time. 
  • A natural ability to solve our clients’ problems by strategically connecting client challenges with Centric service offerings.
  • Ideally, demonstrated experience across both consulting and business development. We believe the most effective business development professionals have real-world experience with both client delivery and sales.  
  • Actively engaged and excited about giving back to the community.
