We are searching for a Marketing Process Sr. Specialist to join our marketing team. The Marketing Process Sr. Specialist will analyze and improve National Marketing's organizational processes andwork to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency of the team, which includes ensuring our projects run efficiently, our communications are frequent and thorough, and new policies and procedures are developed and implemented. They will settraining standards, manage annual budget / goals,team files, vendor documents and contractor agreements.
The Marketing Process Specialist will also assist in recruiting and develop and lead onboarding procedures for all new team members. They will champion a team culture that encourages strong morale and performance.

In this role you will:
Support our teams with a wide variety of operational and marketing tactics that could include the following:
Operations and Strategy
- Develop, document, maintain and implement best practices and fundamental processes across National Marketing (NM) to optimize efficiency, in partnership with other team members as needed; this could include project work flows and timelines
- Manage all third-party contractors and associated agreements
- Own and manage our intranet location for all marketing assets, including content and navigation
- Manage team file structure on Microsoft Teams
- Manage all team meetings, orchestrating agendas, themes, hosts, etc.
- Work with marketing leadership to plan full team in-person meetings, managing specific activities
- Support Asana project management training and facilitate the education of the team on the tool
- Manage all software platform renewals and budgets
- Project management as needed
Staffing
- Manage the development of all onboarding material and take a central role in getting new hires on board and acclimated to the team. Includes training on team processes and tools. Also includes national onboarding efforts.
- Document and manage offboarding tasks as needed
- Support leadership in recruiting as needed
- Lead efforts around employee development (training) - ensure all training opportunities are brought to appropriate groups, look for opportunities for the team and put together plan for professional development on general topics
- Lead teambuilding and social efforts, possibly in partnership with a second team member; includes rallying the team with charisma and driving engagement
- Support career growth efforts of the team; act as a mentor and coach, being a source for discussions and career guidance; provide personnel encouragement and support
- Support conflict resolution and drive open and honest communications across the team
Reporting
- Run reports on Marketing Team projects and utilization. Approve time sheets. Manage time codes and use cases as well as team training.
- Manage coding and payment of our monthly credit card statement
- Manage annual budget and reporting
- Drive and support monthly KPI reporting
- Own and manage department-wide project reporting dashboard
Who you are:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required.
- 8 years of experienceworking in operations or similar general marketing rolepreferred.
- Experience managing people a plus.
- Financial acumen is required; strong use and knowledge of Excel.
- Demonstrated professionalism and understanding of needs for confidentiality.
- Supremely organized professional with proven time management.
- Experience in crafting and adhering to processes.
- Comfort in presenting ideas and processes directly to all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Champion of team culture.
