With offices located in Houston, Miami, Boston, and London, explosive growth has created the need for experienced recruiters in our Houston office.
We are hiring immediately for two experienced candidates that will be placed as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, and/or Managing Consultant (depending on experience will determine title and salary base) to work onsite at our Uptown Galleria office!
Job Description:
You will be working alongside our experienced consultants, helping them deliver a wide range of hiring requirements from our clients which include experience running a full desk and b2b experience. If you are ambitious and have an entrepreneurial mindset, we’ll supply the training, coaching, and encouragement to help you develop. No two days are quite the same, but you will be responsible for the following things on a day-to-day basis:
In this role, you will
- Take control of your own desk and lead your multifamily construction specialty
- Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
- Opportunities to bring in business and negotiate contracts with equals more opportunities for additional commissions
- Promote and enhance the CS culture and core values
- Be an integral performer - hitting weekly targets
- Inspire and educate passive talent about CS's mission and deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Develop an extensive pipeline of both active and passive candidates
- Hands on management of multiple recruitment processes end-to-end
- Develop relationships with key industry leaders to fully understand the multi-family construction market and become a true expert

- Serve up a quality candidate experience
- High School degree minimum
- Must already be living in Houston, TX and near Houston in proximity.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
