Centurion Selection is a leading recruiter in the Construction and Property sector - based in Miami. We are a rapidly growing company backed by leading players in the global recruitment sector. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to help add to our ever-expanding team.
The Role:
The main responsibility of the Recruitment Coordinator is to work with and support the Vice President to help deliver recruitment assignments for the business. This will involve conducting research into potential companies and candidates, approaching candidates over the phone to discuss job opportunities with them, building rapport and assessing their suitability and helping to manage their progress through the recruitment process.
In addition, the role will offer management opportunities within 12 months to help develop, train, and grow the Associate Consultant team.
Responsibilities will include:
· Pro-actively resourcing of jobs via telephone.
· Detailed market research to increase candidate pool.
· Collate, manage, and distribute KPI reports and activity trackers to company Directors.
· Produce and distribute management packs.
· Ensuring internal processes and procedures are implemented & maintained.
· In time, the role will development into a training role where you will help manage junior members of staff and identify training needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
