Role Overview: The Front Desk Administrator is the first point of contact, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Receipt rent payments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and track key movements.
  • Direct inquiries to the company website for property listings.
  • Ensure the office and lobby are clean and presentable.
  • Address tenant complaints by directing them to the appropriate manager.
  • Input and manage prospective leads.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Coordinate conference room usage and maintain common areas.
  • Distribute mail and manage office communications.
  • Support agent onboarding and maintain office supplies.
  • Enter and update property listings in relevant systems.
  • Manage lockbox inventory and coordinate open house signs.
  • Address basic technology and equipment issues.
  • Perform regular office maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
  • Real estate license is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
