Role Overview: The Front Desk Administrator is the first point of contact, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Receipt rent payments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain organized filing systems and track key movements.
- Direct inquiries to the company website for property listings.
- Ensure the office and lobby are clean and presentable.
- Address tenant complaints by directing them to the appropriate manager.
- Input and manage prospective leads.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Coordinate conference room usage and maintain common areas.
- Distribute mail and manage office communications.
- Support agent onboarding and maintain office supplies.
- Enter and update property listings in relevant systems.
- Manage lockbox inventory and coordinate open house signs.
- Address basic technology and equipment issues.
- Perform regular office maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
- Real estate license is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
