The New Home Sales Associate interacts directly with prospective buyers and is responsible for the selling process from introduction to closing and maintains active communication throughout the buying process.

Your Education and Experience:
Century Communities Inc, intends to offer the selected candidate within the range stated; For the first two months of employment, you will be paid an annual base salary of $36,000. Starting on the third month and thereafter you will be paid an annual base salary of $28,392.00 plus sales commission. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance and the Company’s 401k plan.
