Job Description
- Reviewing and inputting 200-250 invoices daily through Oracle and WebCenter
- Some processing is different for each vendor, have to become familiar with those processes (attention to detail important)
- Researching information in system for 3000 vendors, so some have a particular process, to match up with each invoice
- Checking invoices are correct for date, amount, assigned vendor, address, etc. and inputting into WebCenter
- Experienced working in teams with a good attitude, a lot of back and forth and team helping one another
- Full knowledge of accounts payable
- Software: Oracle and WebCenter – Great to have
- Software: Oracle and Excel
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a high-volume transaction processing unit with disbursements being the primary focus of experience.
- Professional experience in AP required.
