Territory Sales Manager (Cannabis)

Overview:

Seeking a Sales Professional: In search of a dynamic sales leader with extensive knowledge in the cannabis industry. Aiming to find an individual with knowledge of the New Mexico market in order to get our new product out to every location!

Pay: $45,000-55,000 plus uncapped commission structure

Duties:

• Collaborate with the sales team and management to create comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the cannabis industry. This includes identifying target markets, setting sales goals, and outlining action plans.
• Conduct cold outreach to potential clients, including dispensaries, to establish initial contact and build relationships. Utilize various communication channels such as email, phone calls, and social media to initiate conversations.
• Research and identify potential clients and opportunities within the cannabis industry. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for ongoing engagement.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with dispensary owners and decision-makers through effective communication and regular follow-ups. Understand their unique needs and pain points to tailor solutions accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and regulations. Be prepared to educate clients on how our offerings can address their specific needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective clients. Highlight the value proposition and benefits of our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Cannabis knowledge
• 2-5 years of sales experience
• Ability to travel to and from the site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
