To work with a cross-functional team to support our rapidly expanding manufacturing facility's high-volume automated filling and packaging operations in Lodi, CA.

This role is swing shift that starts at 1pm until 9pm.
In this role, you will have the opportunity:
- Supports installation, testing, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new and existing production systems and writes compliance reports to facilitate equipment release for commercial production.
- Prepares manufacturing standards (SOPs and Work Instructions) to improve operation and train Manufacturing Associates to address non-conformance.
- Participates in problem-solving, supports DOE, and conducts Statistical Analysis to improve existing manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate daily execution of standard works on manufacturing equipment - Centerlines, Cleaning and Inspection, and Rapid Changeovers.
- Analyze production data to implement technological improvements, troubleshoot equipment failures, and implement design changes to improve production processes.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 0-2 years of related work experience or a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience to perform at this level.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience:
- Working in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Experience with Manufacturing software - Minitab, and Microsoft Applications - MS-Visio, MS-Power BI, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint
- A minimum of 1 year of related engineering experience within a medical device or a regulated industry.

The salary range for this role is $58,700k-$80,700k.
This is the range that we, in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
