What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supplier Quality Analyst position at Cepheid?
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Help establish and analyze the needed quality metrics, analysis, and reporting for ASL activities, supplier change notifications, and daily management.
Ensure all data needs are employed with high levels of integrity such that quality decisions and remediations can be effectively planned and acted upon.
Support needed supplier data remediations to quality plans established w/in the Supplier Quality team.
Participate in supplier quality program initiatives and implementations for data analysis reporting on supplier corrective action, supplier audit, supplier NC, etc.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science, or related discipline, and 2 years related experience or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science with 0-2 years of related work experience.
Working knowledge of AGILE PLM and SAP
Adept in advanced Microsoft Excel and other database usage and manipulations
Experience in the utilization and application of methods for computing and analyzing data, and thereby helping to drive measures and actions for improvement
Experience and capability in initiating and driving data integrity processes working in a team environment utilizing best practices and innovation with some guidance and direction as needed
Experience and capability in helping with business processes and quality systems enhancements in a mature industry with stringent quality regulations
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in the following:
FDA / GMP 21CFR820
ISO 13485 understanding
Approved Supplier List knowledge or understanding
Power BI Analytics
Attention to detail and follow up

The salary range for this role is 81,000 - 110,100. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
