We are looking for a Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. A strong equipment maintenance background is required as well as hands on supervisory experience. The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations
- Assist with hands on equipment maintenance needs
- Implement PM schedules
- Focus on Continuous Improvement in all aspects of the business
- Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Recruit, manage and develop plant personnel
- Improve plant safety and operating procedures
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets
Skills
- Proven managerial experience
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
- Computer literacy
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- BS degree Mechanical Engineering,
- Strong maintenance background required
- MBA a distinct advantage.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
