What are the responsibilities and job description for the Underage Purchaser (Ages 16-20) position at CES, LLC?
CES, LLC has been selected by the FDA to serve as the Federal Tobacco Compliance Check vendor in South Dakota. Underage Purchasers will work alongside Adult Inspectors commissioned by the FDA to perform non-confrontational compliance checks on local tobacco retailers to ensure that the sale of tobacco products to minors is restricted.
Ideal candidates will be confident, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals with flexible schedules. Access to a vehicle is NOT needed.

Required:
- Must be between the ages of 16 and 20 years when completing compliance checks
- Must complete CES onboarding paperwork
- Must pass a standard background check if 18 years or older
- Must complete a short online training session
- Must have a valid SD state ID
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Self-determined schedule
- Weekend availability
