Position Overview:
Ceterus is looking for driven, career-oriented individuals to leverage our proven approach and tools to drive new sales opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to join our rapidly growing sales team. The Account Executive role offers development of selling skills, interaction with small business owners, and the opportunity to advance in a growing technology company. The Account Executive is responsible for selling Ceterus “Done for You Accounting”, our web-based, technology-enabled service that makes it easier than ever for small business owners to rest easy knowing their books and taxes are in good hands and they can focus on managing their businesses.
This position can be located anywhere in the United States, but preferences will be made for candidates in Charleston, SC and Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities
Meet/exceed sales objectives with potential new customers
Drive the sales prospect from the initial interaction through the close of the deal
Effectively and independently deliver the “Done for You Accounting” value proposition
Learn and work the Ceterus sales methodology, follow the process and integrate specific solution messaging
Consistently demonstrate positive and professional image with all written and verbal communication
Track pipeline activity, account volume, and progress to manage workflow
Required qualifications:
Two (2) to four (4) years of experience selling software solutions to small businesses
Consistent track record of achieving quota for new customers
Background in software solutions, preferably related to financial back office solutions
Background with solutions that outsource small business processes
Bachelor’s degree
Salesforce.com experience preferred
Proficient with G-Suite (preferred) or Microsoft Office 365 Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Compensation:
