ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:

• 
  Coordinates the activities for both regular and temporary associates in assigned work area to ensure continuous workflow.
• Communicates with operations Supervisor/Manager to assist in the development of daily work schedules that minimize overtime and reduce labor costs.

• Ensures that all associates (IM and temp) are trained in job functions either by utilizing an OJT of by providing training themselves.
• Ensures that all associates are training on any new processes.
• Ensure all associates are being productive.
• May be required to run daily productivity reports.
• Perform observations on any associates who are struggling to meet productivity in order to provide feedback to them to assist in improving their productivity.
• Ensures that all associates are following 5S and Housekeeping processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to take directions and work in accordance to SE standards of performance and safety. Experience working in similar role either in manufacturing, transportation or warehouse setting.
