ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:
Coordinates the activities for both regular and temporary associates in assigned work area to ensure continuous workflow.- Communicates with operations Supervisor/Manager to assist in the development of daily work schedules that minimize overtime and reduce labor costs.
- Ensures that all associates (IM and temp) are trained in job functions either by utilizing an OJT of by providing training themselves.
- Ensures that all associates are training on any new processes.
- Ensure all associates are being productive.
- May be required to run daily productivity reports.
- Perform observations on any associates who are struggling to meet productivity in order to provide feedback to them to assist in improving their productivity.
- Ensures that all associates are following 5S and Housekeeping processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Ability to operate warehouse equipment and work independently as needed. Ability to take directions and work in accordance to SE standards of performance and safety. Experience working in similar role either in manufacturing, transportation or warehouse setting.
Education: High School Degree or Equivalent preferred
