What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Manager position at CEX.IO?
We are looking for a person passionate about adding value to business HR professional to join our team.
In the role of HR Manager, you will drive and lead HR processes within the designated teams inside the CEX.IO product ecosystem.
You will provide both operational and tactical HR support to the team managers and the employees within your area thus building effective interaction and optimizing employees' journey within the company.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure comprehensive support for HR processes implementation (onboarding, probation period, performance review, training and development, compensation and benefits, offboarding);
- Build effective interaction between the HR team and the designated business units using the right tools and technologies;
- Handle operational issues such as absence/presence management, disciplinary procedures, and informational support within your business units;
- Develop and execute performance management and training programs in order to support business needs;
- Identify people issues and work together with the HR team and other stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions;
- Work with the Accounting team to ensure compensation and benefits are accurately coordinated and administered;
- Execute employee surveys and make improvements proposals based on data analysis;
- Participate in streamlining HR processes and implementing projects to help the business to achieve goals.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 3 of proven work experience as an HR Manager or related roles (experience in tech product companies is an advantage);
- Proven experience using all key HR tools, processes, and best practices;
- Demonstrated experience with HR metrics;
- Excellent people/client relationship management and communication skills;
- Proactive approach.
