When You Drive for CFI, You Can Count On :
- Solo drivers :
- Earn up to $0.56 CPM
- Average 118,800 miles a year
- Sign-on bonus of $500 for qualified solo drivers
- Top drivers earn $100k annually
- Team drivers :
- Earn up to $0.73 cents per mile (Split)
- Each driver is paid their pay rate for all miles the truck runs
- Team sign-on bonus of $1,000 per team
- Top drivers earn $100K annually (each)
- HAZMAT bonus : Earn an extra $.06 per mile

- Stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, & non-
- customary work pay
- Layover pay : $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for every 24-
- hour period thereafter

Qualifications :
- 21 years of age or older, with a Class A commercial driver's license
- Have the right to work and live in the United States
- Be willing to travel throughout all 48 contiguous states for two to three weeks at a time
- 3 months minimum Tractor-trailer driving experience
- No BACs, DUIs, DWIs or license suspensions for moving violations in the past five years
- Ability to meet work attendance and availability requirements and all applicable legal and DOT regulations to drive a commercial truck in the United States
- Ability to pass all applicable CFI certification class testing and requirements
