CGI is looking for a Program Manager. The Program Manager is responsible for the successful performance of all aspects of on-premise Storage management. Your role will be to manage directs and supervise all resources, project assignments and activities. The Program Manager manages all aspects related to Storage Management operations, delivering on, maintenance, troubleshooting, planning, execution, backup, and business continuity/DR initiatives. The candidate is required to use program management tools and customer provided resources to manage project work plans, issues, risks, and dependencies. The candidate produces status reports, conducts status meetings and facilitates issue resolution and risk management sessions

Position Description
CGI is looking for a Program Manager. The Program Manager is responsible for the successful performance of all aspects of on-premise Storage management. Your future duties and responsibilities
- Project and Program Management
- Manage daily storage-related administration work streams
- Manage all aspects of storage-related projects
- Prepare Project Schedules
- Scope Management
- Project Documentation
- Change Management
- Resource allocation, including on-call rotation schedule management
- Capacity planning
- Status Reporting
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Experience with Enterprise Storage Project Management
- Experience managing customer expectations related to all operations, delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage, coordinate and guide various IT teams and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated thought leader, critical thinker, problem solver and independent leader
- Strong issue resolution and risk management skills
- Conceptual familiarity with EMC (VMAX/Powermax, Isilon,) and NetApp ONTAP SAN/NAS arrays
- Ability to manage, coordinate and guide multiple project teams
- At least 10 years' experience in project and program management, personnel management, on-call rotation schedule management, and customer relations
- Ability to communicate at various levels of the originations
