Your future duties and responsibilities:

Develop complex SQL queries and scripts to extract and aggregate data.

Interpret key business data sets

Deliver insights on potential areas of growth, optimization, and improvements.

Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5 years of Business and Data analysis experience.

Strong Data analysis skill.

Healthcare Industry experience – Nice to have

Experience in agile software development methodology, writing user stories, test plans, scripts and experience using JIRA.

Knowledge of database concepts and SQL is required.

Able to understand the application, process and data movement/ data warehouse concepts

Strong Documentation skills required

Strong Data Analysis skill using SQL

Develop Source to Target mapping documents.

Develop Excel Reports.

Develop Process flow diagrams.

Performed extensive Business Process Modelling by developing Swim-Lane diagrams, and Workflow diagrams using MS Visio.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,300 - $161,600.
