Position: HVAC Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do:

• Performs assigned tasks to repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, including heating and air conditioning.
• Performs general, advanced, or specialized maintenance functions depending on property needs.
• Routine turnover duties of vacant units.
• Manage general maintenance as necessary at all properties.
• Manage and performs general routine maintenance for property.
• Work with and direct other vendors during installations and other projects.
• Availability for any off-hour issues, as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices as outlined by property standards and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the properties.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma/ GED is required.
• Minimum 1 years of prior experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician for Multifamily Property.
• Refrigeration experience with EPA Universal Refrigerant Handlers Certification is required.
• Must have valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and meet company insurability requirements.
• Indoor and outdoor work in all types of weather conditions.
• Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.
• May sit or stand for several hours at a time; climb up and down stairs multiple times each day; lift up to 50 lbs. and on occasions up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekend hours, as needed.
