CGI are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Product Owner to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for overseeing our software development team and working under the agile methodology.
We are seeking a candidate who has proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.
The excellent opportunity can be performed in Bloomfield, CT, Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX or Lafayette, LA.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Work in an onshore-offshore model, with 5-7 onshore/offshore developers.
Follow Agile and engineering best practices and take pride in it.
Agile Ceremonies – Participate and Contribute.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Minimum at least 8 years of relevant experience in working:
Act as a leader to our software development team.
Work closely with Business on the requirements, groom, refine the requirements.
Healthcare experience is a must.
Facilitate requirement review, grooming, refinement sessions with scrum team, Accelerate Scrum team productivity with right requirement details.
Perform reviews on software development product.
Remove requirement obstacles.
Ensure achievements are reached and deadlines are met throughout project lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and program owners.
Take ownership for successful product delivery.
Required Skills – Healthcare Experience, Agile Experience.
Nice to have: PMPO experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $96,500 - $185,800.
