Position Description

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a team of passionate technologists. This position is located in our USA VA Fairfax -- USAVAFAI01 office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Serves as the single management focal point and is responsible for the execution of the project.
• Builds and maintains a strategic enterprise partner relationship with leadership.
• Provides strategic guidance, vision, and direction to the project team.
• Ensures program integration across task areas and functional/technical teams and
  
  

delegates administrative, financial, and coordination duties as necessary.

• Ensures use of innovative processes to plan, organize, and control activities, manage risks
  
  

and to monitor performance.

• Ensures all task areas meet cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements.
• Drives effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple
  
  

disparate groups with competing priorities.

• Analyzes significant deviations from plan, takes corrective actions, and forecasts any impact on contract deliverables.
• Oversees definition of and adherence to standard processes.
• Oversees staffing process, including staff need forecasting.
• Oversees staff performance, plan development, career growth, and appraisal process.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Educational and Related Experience

• MBA or MS/MA degree Management, Administration, Information Technology, Computer
  
  

Science, Cybersecurity or related Technical Discipline.

• PMP certification, or comparable/equivalent substitutions required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with at least five years of experience as a Program or Project
  
  

Manager for large (over $20M) contracts, complex major systems development, acquisitions,

and/or systems engineering and integration efforts.

• Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in systems design,
  
  

cyber security, software development and web technologies.

• Excellent client facing and internal communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
  
  

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $108,600.00 - $209,100.00.
