This is an exciting opportunity to develop a portfolio of the Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) engagements for state and local government (SLG) agencies within our national health & human service (HHS) team. This leader will utilize their extensive knowledge of CCWIS platform modernization and work closely with our business unit leaders nationally to drive business development for new projects, services, and solutions to our clients as they pursue system modernization strategies. You will also manage key SLG relationships with Child Welfare and Human Services agency leaders. Your prior experience in SLG C-level leadership or in a CCWIS-focused role will allow you to hit the ground running with CGI, a prominent SACWIS/CCWIS leader within the public sector community over the past 2 decades. Our ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the CCWIS rules and regulations, the addressable market, and the leading product and delivery players in the expanding CCWIS deployments and procurements across the country. This includes the identification and management of Child Welfare ecosystem partners. You will be responsible for bringing solutions and thought leadership to our regional business unit leaders across the country, work well in collaborative environments and in a team-based sales approach, and be highly motivated to delivering excellent client service to both our internal regional leaders and our SLG clients. Together we achieve measurable and effective results for our clients, invigorate the lives of our colleagues, and work to strengthen the communities we call home.

As the Child Welfare lead on the SLG team, you will coordinate with business development professionals across CGI to help capture Child Welfare business nation-wide. You will lead strategic CCWIS pursuits, guide proposal development, and orals presentations to create business solutions based on client requirements and market-driven business enhancements. You will have an in-depth understanding of the best practice platforms and may bring recommendations for partnering for the CGI solution that meets the SLG client needs. You and the broader SLG team will participate in the winning of competitive proposals and delivering quality CCWIS solutions.
