What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Title Operations position at CGT?
Manage the Title Operations staff by overseeing activities, training, coaching, resolving issues, tracking attendance and assigning responsibilities to ensure efficient operation of department and that customer requirements are met. Manage and oversee all Title functions, including operations, clearance, customer service, tax certification, and policy production to ensure consistency, compliance and adherence to established procedures.
Location: Pittsburgh (PA) or Naperville (IL) market.
Experience with multi-state title and settlement services company is required.
5 years industry experience is required.
3 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
