We are currently seeking Senior Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Specialists to join our Marketing Team from any of our Southeast U.S office locations including Miami, FL; Winter Springs, FL; and Atlanta, GA.

The Senior Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Specialist at CHA plays an integral role on our Marketing team by driving all marketing-related activities for our Transportation team. The Senior Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Specialist takes pride in managing relationships with their clients and leads proposal efforts from kick-off through proposal submission providing value-added input on strategy and content – keeping their team on track to reach pivotal milestones while ensuring CHA’s response meets all RFP requirements.
The Senior Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Specialist will lead pursuit from capture plan through submission and interview, prepare documentation for pursuit team, schedule proposal calls including kick-offs and debriefs, support management and marketing of assigned tier client accounts, create and update market qualifications packages, collaborate with other members of the marketing team, as well as numerous other miscellaneous marketing and development-related tasks.
