YOUR IMPACT
CHA has developed thousands of water-related projects, each taking into account our clients' unique environmental, water quality, permitability, and funding concerns. Our water and wastewater management offerings include full engineering and support services for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment systems from initial planning through permitting, design, bidding, construction administration, start-up, certification, and ongoing operational assistance.
The Specifications Coordinator is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing project-related documents for Project Managers, Project Team Leaders, and other staff, as needed. This individual will also be responsible for training new team administrative assistants on specifications and hold monthly meetings with the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of experience required
- Proven administrative or assistant experience
- Proven success with specifications
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Experience with Deltek preferred
