POSITION SUMMARY
Communicate with managers and director of training to identify training needs and assessments. The training coordinator manages the plant trainers, as well as
schedule training classes, as well as instruct classes as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES & RESULTS
- Conducts New Hire orientation training.
- Presents Challenge’s safety, production and quality standards training.
- Supervise and manage plant trainers.
- Schedule training for plant trainers.
- Work with plant management to determine what training is needed.
- Perform annual audits for plant trainers.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Associates degree or professional certification (required).
- Five years of manufacturing experience (required).
- Two years of instructional or formal training experience (required).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Ten years of manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Four years of instructional experience (preferred).
