Who We Want:
The Shipping Supervisor is the front line of materials leadership at the plant level. Their purpose is to oversee all operations within their area (zone). The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that Safety, Quality, Delivery and Production efficiencies meet the standards and expectation of internal and external customers. Supervisors are also morale builders and are responsible for creating a positive work environment for all employees.
When and Where:
This will be a 1st Shift / 5AM- 2:30PM MON- FRI position located at our Plant in Pontiac, MI.
What You Need to Have:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Three to five years' experience in a supervisory position (required)
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Previous materials/shipping experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
