What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) position at Champion Care?
Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking for an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead and manage our 120-Bed long term care facility in Manahawkin, NJ.
As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and financial planning of the community. As well as implementing strategic programs that focuses on the care and quality of life for our residents and staff.
This is a full time position working Monday - Friday with some weekends based on facility needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of NJ
- 3 years of experience in Long Term Care or similar setting
- Familiar with the Federal and state Regulations and requirements for long term care
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work in a diverse group of population
