Summary: The Digital Specialist role at Champion Homes is responsible for optimizing
enterprise company websites by creating, monitoring, and maintaining digital content. This role
requires experience and fluency with digital content editors and illustrators, content management
system(s), attention to detail, excellent follow-up, and the ability effectively partner with the
Sales organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Website Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our enterprise company
websites. This includes creating, monitoring, and maintaining digital content to ensure a seamless user
experience.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling and relevant digital content, including articles, blog posts,
videos, and infographics. Your creativity will be key in engaging our audience.
• CMS Management: Leverage your expertise in content management systems (CMS) to efficiently
update and manage website content.
• Visual Storytelling: Work closely with digital content editors and illustrators to visually communicate
our brand story. Your eye for detail and aesthetics will be essential.
• Customer Engagement: Work with Marketing and Customer Care to implement customer engagement
strategies using marketing automation tools.
• Sales Partnership: Effectively partner with the Sales organization to align digital strategies with
business goals. Understand their needs and translate them into impactful digital initiatives.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance using analytics tools. Use data-driven insights
to refine content and improve user engagement.

Qualifications
• Must have Adobe Creative Suite intermediate level experience, primarily Photoshop and Illustrator
(optimization of floor plans and images for website)
• Must have experience with CMS (Content Management System), 2 years
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools,
1-2 years' experience a plus
• Fluency with Excel, MS Office Suite
