Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
Experience:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the energy or solar industry
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills to effectively manage a sales team
