CHAMPRO is a growing branded manufacturer & distributor of team sports equipment and apparel. We are privately owned and have been delivering high-value, traditional & innovative athletic equipment and apparel via outstanding, integrity-driven customer service for thirty-five years. We are currently looking for a Business Process Analyst with consulting experience that has worked in a diverse setting and with different types of processes.
This role is considered a hybrid role working 3-days in the office and 2-days remotely.
Position:
The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for the integrity of CHAMPRO’s internal business processes. The role will include gathering of information, mapping critical processes, performing process improvements, and documenting processes. You will ensure our business is run effectively and efficiently in support of delivering against our commitments internally and externally to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive hands-on review and documentation of internal business processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps or risk exposure and developing and implementing solutions
- Perform critical analysis of processes
- Create and manage detailed project plans to monitor implementation time-lines
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Prioritize initiatives and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to team managers
- Manage multiple projects to completion and to the satisfaction of business operations
Requirements:
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
- A general business degree is acceptable if you have commensurate experience in work flow process management
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Excellent documentation, planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams and a history of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
