What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead, Digital Solutions Architect position at Chanel?
Digital Office Solution Architect , r ole is expected to be expert level support for all workplace tools and collaboration platforms focused on an ‘office anywhere’ employee experiences. This role is expected to be the technical lead for all projects within the Employee Experience pillar and assists business partners to understand the value of using technology to help build and manage their programs.
What You Will Do:
- Product owner of digital office platforms such as O365, ServiceNow
- Driver of office tool solutions including prototyping, test & learns and proof of concepts
- Technical Lead on any Employee Experience pillar projects
- Provide expert level support (L3) for all collaboration tools, including the full O365 suite. (Teams, SharePoint, Onedrive)
- Participate in global evergreen meetings around collaboration platforms
- Assist in the implementation and expert level support of modern technology within meeting rooms, collaboration spaces and internal events
- Assist in the development of project KPI’s and target operating models
- Craft communications around system updates or upgrades to our clients
- Act as consultant to the business on technology solutions
- Act as champion for Employee Experience tools and practices
What You Will Need:
- 8 years of technical expertise or development experiences
- Staying current with a working knowledge of new technologies
- Ability to multitask and solve problems in a high exposure environment
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and work in a cross functional environment
- Ability to act independently and to keep management and team up to date
- Experience in identifying innovative solutions and proactively proposing new technologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present to a variety of audiences and tailor content accordingly
- Strong analytical skills and ability to see connections between technology & business operations
- Project and resource management experience
