Chaparral Motors is a well-established used car dealership that has been serving Lubbock and the surrounding communities for the past 50 years. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our finance company. Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience. Desired Qualifications:
At least one year experience administrative/call center/clerical environment
Ability to get started and finish tasks
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Integrity, a great attitude and a strong work ethic
Candidates should possess the following:
- Previous Customer Service and experience
- Ability to maintain accurate records of customer account activity
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and implement solutions
- Results driven and customer-focused
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet critical deadlines
- Excellent phone skills & in-person customer relationship building skills
- Outgoing personality with good organizational skills
- Working in database and customer-specific software
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Responsibilities include:
- Completing required tasks in a timely manner as assigned
- Reviewing accounts and communicating in person and via phone to promote timely payments
- Preparing and maintaining required daily and weekly reports

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
