What You Will Be Doing
The Business Analyst role will conduct (process data) analysis in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, NetSuite, and associated applications used by Sales Ops, Technical Support, Marketing, and Public Policy.

- Generate leads, track audience as it passes through multiple touchpoints
- Triage between high-impact, high-urgency issues requiring direct involvement, and low-impact, low-urgency, that can be analyzed and solved by tier-one, off-shore support
- Learn the transactional flow of supply chain and financial processes within NetSuite, including Sales Order, Item fulfillment, Invoice, Customer Payment, Credit Memo, Purchase Request & Purchase Order, Item Receipt, Vendor Bill, Bill Payment, Bill Credit
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel pivot tables, analysis tools, correlation, histograms, regression, and goal seek
- Proficient in process mapping
- 5 years of experience
- Tableau is a plus
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems, especially Salesforce or NetSuite, is a plus
- AA or bachelor’s degree
