OUR TEMPORARY CLINICAL RECRUITER POSITION
We are seeking a Temporary Clinical Recruiter for a 3-month engagement to be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of clinical roles, including RN management, staff RNs, LPNs, GNAs, CNAs, and administrative positions in the nursing department. The recruiter would work with HR/talent acquisition leadership, nursing management, and staffing teams to identify current needs, post openings, screen candidates, facilitate the interview and hiring processes, and ensure smooth onboarding for hired candidates. Must be able to quickly adapt to new systems and processes and be comfortable working with application tracking systems.
This position will be 40 hours per week (but could consider less) and could extend beyond 3 months, with full-time employment possible, if interested. LOCATION
This position could be ONSITE or FULLY REMOTE or a HYBRID schedule. When onsite, the position is based at Smith Kogod Residence located at 6121 Montrose Road in Rockville, Maryland.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
One (1) year experience in recruiting activities, preferably clinical recruitment and in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility or other related medical facility. Associate’s degree in HR or Business related field.
