As a Licensed Customer Service Professional within our Participant Services team, you have the opportunity to bring your expertise to a firm that will champion your development in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. In this role, your work has a direct impact on the lives of clients; our goal is that through providing best-in-class service, and caring enough to ask the difficult questions, you can earn the trust and dedication of our participants. Your daily interactions will be with participants of employer-sponsored retirement plans over the phone, providing guidance and solutions, as well as long-term investing options. As you build your knowledge and skills with ongoing classroom and hands-on training, you will become a subject matter authority on retirement products and services, consulting with participants in retirement plans to identify needs and offer solutions that can change their futures. NOTE: This position has a January 8th Start Date.

Required Qualifications
- Series 7, 63 (or equivalent), required with registration in all 50 states
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday anytime between 7:00am – 9:00pm CST based on contact center needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong candidates will have robust written and verbal communication skills. These are vital to the consultative process when recommending appropriate solutions while also educating our participants.
- Superior listening skills when analyzing account information to better understand client needs
- 1 year experience using computer applications at work or school
- Focused analytical skills and attention to detail to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ability to adapt and implement changes as market and business conditions evolve
- Receptive to mentoring and feedback for continuous improvement
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
